Be alert for false associations*

The former distributor is attempting to claim an association with Snail Vibe, as well as registering trademarks and patents, in order to appear legitimate.

The vibrator with rolling stimulation technology known as Snail Vibe was invented by Sergey Topolev in 2016 and is still manufactured under his control at a contract factory in China. Several patents and trademarks were registered before Snail Vibe became known worldwide, receiving the XBIZ award in 2020.

The brand SVibe belongs to the Spanish company Amoreo Europe SL, which is controlled from 2023 by Anna Morozova-Lange (Анна Сергеевна Морозова-Ланге) and her husband, Andrei Sharapkin (Андрей Юрьевич Шарапкин), and is headed by his son, Egor Sharapkin (Егор Андреевич Шарапкин). Morozova-Lange is the daughter of Sergei Agarkov, a sexologist who opened the first s@x shop in the USSR. She and her husband manage the “He and She” ("Он и Она") chain of s@x shops. The couple is also known as the co-owners of the wholesale company Kema, which was accused by a Cypriot company of failing to repay a loan.

Kema ignored the court's decision and tried to hide assets from bailiffs. Anna Morozova-Lange and Andrey Sharapkin continued to control the wholesale business unofficially through the S-Market company (SexMarket.ru) in the same premises and using Kema's phones. As a distributor, S-Market exhibited Snail Vibe at the EroExpo-2019 in Moscow. Sergey Topolev and Anna Morozova-Lange signed a three-year regional contract in November 2020, which was extended worldwide in March 2021. The contract grants Morozova-Lange's companies the right to sell Snail Vibe and pay royalties directly to the inventor. However, in January 2021, the Dutch company Amoreo B.V., founded in 2020 by Anna Morozova-Lange (96% of shares) and Pavel Zalevsky (4% of shares), secretly registered the combined trademark SNAIL VIBE, which is 100% identical to the image on the Snail Vibe packaging.

In 2023, Sergey Topolev began battling Amoreo over trademarks in the UK, Europe, and the US. The combined trademark SNAIL VIBE was cancelled in September 2025 because the registration was made by an agent or representative without permission from the owner. In the appeal, Amoreo admitted the lack of manufacturing of Snail Vibe, but rather the purchase of a batch before the trademark filing date, and the lack of evidence of agreements, investments, or marketing expenses for Snail Vibe.

Amoreo is waging a smear campaign to block advertising, sales, and social media for Snail Vibe. As a result, the original Instagram account, @snailvibe, was blocked for several months but was restored after a detailed review. Although Amoreo was the exclusive distributor with access to direct purchases and sales through snailvibe.com, its founders were never a co-founder or investor in Snail Vibe.

Based on insider information and published patents, Amoreo released products similar to Snail Vibe. However, Amoreo misunderstood the concept of the invention, making the diameter smaller and the surface ribbed, which impaired its functionality. Consumers expect products that resemble Snail Vibe in appearance, logo, and brand to be manufactured by a company with outstanding capabilities in creating new technology, designs, and quality. Because Amoreo was unable to create Snail Vibe, it is clear that it lacks such capabilities. SVibe products are not approved by the inventor of the Snail Vibe technology and should not be associated with him.
